Michigan LLMSW Clinical Supervision Available

Looking for a supportive, collaborative supervisor as you work toward your LMSW?

Life in Alignment provides clinical supervision for Michigan Limited Licensed Master Social Workers (LLMSWs) who are working toward full LMSW licensure. Supervision is designed to help you build clinical confidence, strengthen your professional identity, navigate ethical and clinical questions, and develop the skills you need to become an independent social worker.

What Supervision Includes

Supervision can include:

  • Case consultation and clinical skill development

  • Assessment, treatment planning, and documentation

  • Ethical decision-making and professional boundaries

  • Trauma-informed and relational approaches to practice

  • Navigating challenging client situations

  • Professional identity and development

  • Self-awareness and use of self in clinical work

  • Licensure planning and preparation for independent practice

Supervision style is collaborative, relational, and grounded in the belief that good supervision should feel like a place where you can actually think, ask questions, and grow, not simply report what happened in your week.

Individual & Group Supervision

Individual Supervision

$60 per session: One-on-one supervision tailored to your clinical work, professional goals, and learning needs.

Small-Group Supervision

$45 per session: A more affordable option that allows you to learn alongside other LLMSWs while still receiving individualized clinical support. Groups will remain intentionally small so there is plenty of opportunity for case discussion and meaningful feedback.

Virtual Supervision

Supervision is available virtually throughout Michigan, or in office, making it accessible regardless of where you practice.
